You will receive a response within 24 hours.
If you closed on your home on or after January 29, 2019 - Current date please register with 2-10 warranty:
Please allow two weeks with 2-10 warranty to process your request.
IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY - Refer to the list of number’s located in the under cabinet in your kitchen.

Your Colina Home will include:
10 Year Structural Warranty
This provides insurance-backed coverage, beginning the day the home closes, for structural defects to load-bearing components.
2 Year Distribution Systems Warranty
This provides surety coverage against defects in wiring, piping, and ductwork in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
1 Year Workmanship Warranty
This provides surety coverage against defects in workmanship and materials.
New Construction Home Warranty Service Agreement
In addition to the fully-transferable structural coverage provided, we’re excited to offer our homeowners our New Construction Home Warranty Service Agreement. This provides coverage for most appliances, including central heating and air conditioning systems, water heaters, plumbing, electric, attic and exhaust fans and kitchen appliances. This agreement begins on the 366th day after the manufacturer’s systems and appliance warranty expires.
When you purchase your new home, we’ll provide you with a copy of the structural home warranty contract as well as a maintenance booklet with tips on caring for your home.
